whts that monitor that you were tlaking about some time ago how it was amazing. it was made by acer or something. i need to buy an amazing lcd and i thought u could tell me what yours was since u like it so much.

Yes It is indeed a Viewsonic VX924 and I love it. Is it the best? doubt that very much but it is indeed "one" of the fastest. I play lots of games of all genres on it. The colors seem excellent but the contrast is a low 550:1. Everything is sooo sharp and older games look newer somehow. There is a bit of backlight showing through in the darkest of darks if you have the bright/contrast high. In games this is almost not an issue with user settings (set contrast/bright low). I use now sRGB where you cannot set the contrast/bright so backlight does show through a "bit" in my games. There is no ghosting at all. If you are already using an LCD then you prob. won't be as impressed as I... I was using a CRT previously. Don't however just take my word for it. Read lots of reviews. The monitor came with the analog as well as digital cable which was nice. It is 3ms (grey to grey). there is a Viewsonic VX922 which is a 2ms (grey to grey).
