Bluetooth Transfer

I have a Bluetooth connection between two computers. I can send/receive files OK. I want to send whole folders or programs. The file transfer wizard only allows files, not programs or folders. Is there a way to send programs or whole files?

I use OBEX Commander to send files over bluetooth to my phone. I've never tried to send files to another PC, but it may be worth giving a shot. I'm pretty sure you can send bulk files and any file type.
