Blurry text in my Internet Browser

I am using Firefox version 20.0.1. The operating system is Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit. My text is blurry sometimes inside the Firefox browser. I have Java 7 update 1 64-bit. See the screen shot picture to see what is going on. Any ideas for a fix?

It doesn't seem to be blurry in any other browser other than Firefox.

Please also do not suggest using Google Chrome. I do not have the browser installed on my machine and never will put it on my personal machines anymore because of the data mining Google is known to do through their browser.

Usually means resolution isn't set correctly but since it only happens in one browser I would assume your zoom isn't at 100% probably. Go to view, zoom and click on reset and see what that does.
 
I went to View => Zoom => Reset in Firefox. It did not fix the issue.

It turns out I had Firefox version 19.0.1. I removed Firefox and upgraded to Firefox version 20.0.1 and I also upgraded my 64-bit Java. I still have the same issue of blurry text sometimes.
