Bmp - Gif?

Does anyone know any free programs that enable to you get a .BMP file and convert it to a .GIF file?

Microsoft paint will work, just open the BMP file in Paint, and click "save as", and type the filename and select GIF from the list.

Yeah, but the quality is really low. I really like Paint Shop Pro and Jasc Animation Shop 3.
They're really simple and you still get a good quality converstion. I think you can get PSP for £49 which roughly converts to $92.11 which is really good compared to some of the other graphics packages.
