I couldnt get my new cpu and board to work because the board was DOA so i put my old cpu and board back in. But the other board like fried my modem, casue the computer wont even notice its connected, so i put it in another computer and that computer woudnt detect it eiter, so i put another modem in my comptuer and it worked. But now the cpu fan and chassis fan wont work! There plugged in correctly but they wont run. But if there not plugged in at all the computer says something like the cpu fan and chassis fan arent plugged in and a i have to hit F1 for it to boot. So since the computer is noticing that there plugged in, do i have to turn the fans back on somewhere or something?
