ok, i was curious if i could download a browser onto my ipod, and plug my ipod into a computer with the internet, and boot a browser off of my ipod. this way no one can track my internet history, because the history would be on my ipod... will this work? or will other people still be able to view my history somehow?

Hmm... I'm not exactly sure where the history is stored. I thought it was on the C: in another folder(talking about IE)
Just use Firefox. You can completely disable history(IE NOTHING is remembered, not even right after you type it in)
