Boot Cd Software

So i was going to restart my system and reinstall windows, but before i do that, i was going to make my self a software cd so i didnt have to do it when i restarted my system. I just need help finding a few programs that would help with security and other performance related things.

I have Spy Sweeper and Hijack this for security, but if there are any other suggestions, i am open for anything.

For Other performance related things, i have been looking into Abexo software for a few programs, but i am not sure how trust worthy they are, or how well they perform. I was just thinking it would be nice to get a registry cleaner, a disk defragmenter, and the Abexo Memory Defragmenter and Process Tweak sounds pretty sweet, but like i said, i dont know how well they perform.

If you have any other suggestions of programs that are a must have just let me know.

Drivers for chipset, NICs, Graphic/Display, Audio, etc...

Then Anti-virus and Firewall. There the main ones I can think of right now...

google search "the ultimate boot disk" you can add applications to it, or look into BartsPE for windows PE disk building utilities which you can load your spyware and virus software into.
