First you want a Welcome to the Computer Forum! http://www.computerforum.com/70672-official-welcome-thread.html And the usual reminder to all new members to review the http://www.computerforum.com/52038-forum-rules.html

One free to use with a page that opens for buying a retail version that works well for creating "bootable" cd-rs with iso images is called BurnOn found at http://www.burnworld.com/burnoncddvd/ This one is used often here for different Linux live and install disks as well as burning copies of GParted.live for cd that also works as a Windows drive partitioning tool.

you should be able to double click the iso and nero will come up dont change any of the default setting in nero exept the burn speed change that to the slowest speed and burn the iso to cd, dont forget to go into bios on the pc you want to install windows on and set first boot priority to cdrom save and exit.

Is that Nero 7 Essentials?

If so, start up Nero StartSmart Essentials. Go over to the "BACKUP" tab. From there, click "BURN IMAGE TO DISC."

With BurnOn there's no setting changes needed since that is geared ,mpre fpr burning iso images to start with. There you simply click the burn wizard button locate the file and click next a few times while selecting the drive to burn to and pow it's done in no time. There's wandering and it burns faster then many programs.
