Boot issue!!

Hi there,
when i was partitioning my hdd using paragon partition manager and while it was partitioning it froze so i had to restart it, when i try booting windows it says please insert a recovery disc

so then i booted linux (ubuntu) off a live CD all my files are there its just windows is not booting

is there a way i can get back on windows, please help this is urgent

I don't want to rain on your parade, but I believe there's a high probability that something in your core Windows system was corrupted. It's happened to me during a partition, but there was a number of reasons why it happened (and I overlooked it). I say boot your Windows CD and run a recovery utility. If that doesn't work, get your Ubuntu installed on the HDD so you can atleast recover important files from Windows.
