Boot Looping, Please help

So, i was installing an esental update and then went into admin services to turn it onto automatic and clicked over and i had hard frozen. i rebooted into safemode to find nothing with avast and mbam, i had also run ccleaner (normally and also registry) after finding nothing with the antivirus i restarted to see i was looping. i went into startup repair attempting to restore from there twice to no avail. on the third loop i went into advanced startup repair and system restored to the last major update manually. I then booted normally to get the same loop. i went into safemode with networking (to note, it alerted me that my system restore was sucsesfull) and ran all of the antivirus again, this time updating all of them before and finding nothing (tdskiller, mbam quick scan, and also ccleaner no registry fixer this time) still finding nothing. i was posting my hijack this log when it froze in safemode with networking, i hard shut down and now im posting this. im going to try to get a hijack this log when i get home. again please help.. and any time given here is appriciated. oh and also while i was in safemode with networking avast wouldnt run a quick scan.

Can you restore back any farther? If you are still bootlooping then the update is the cause. If you can't get it sorted, you stuck to backing up your data and reinstalling windows.
 
no, i can't restore any further. for some reason all of my manually created restore points are no there. The update is from 5-15, so that leads me to believe that may not be the problem. your the expert though, im going to post the hijack this anyone just to be sure.
