Boot Troubles

I recently deleted and wiped my to linux partitions on my HDD to free up some space for my vista partition.

During and attempt to reboot or plain boot my computer stops and i get "GRUB_" written at the top left corner of my screen.

I had thought that by getting rid of all my partitions but one GRUB would just send me straight to vista but it doesn't it just stays there saying GRUB

how can I boot?

I have "fixed the master boot record" but know when I boot I get a "Missing OS" notification and still no boot.
I did the Scan Os command and my os was detected.

when i try the bootrec.exe/fixboot command I get this:
"the volume does not contain a recognized file system. Please make sure that all required system drivers are loaded and the volume is not corrupt"
when I try the bootrec.exe/rebuildbcd It finds the OS but when I try to add it to my bootlist when it prompts me I get the same message as above

still no boot :(

update:
when running the Chkdsk utility in command prompt everything went well until I got this
"windows has checked file system and found no problems"
and then later (utility still running/milliseconds later)
"Failed to transfer logged messages to event log with status 50."

still no boot :(

edit:: now running chkdsk C:
//-/f/v

I just thought about mentioning this: when I'm prompted to select an os to repair, no oses are visible

I found a weird second HDD in my system entitle "boot (X:)" it does not appear in my bios so it is probably some weird partition.
how can i delete it using only bootable software?
