Boot UP error HELP

My computer will not load up to the sign on screen, I have XP. It loads up and then goes right back to the begginning and never gets anywhere. When i load in safe moad it works, But that is the only way I can get to my desktop. Any ideas on what happend?
 
try restoring it, if that doesn't work repair your windows installation, if that still doesn't work, save everything you can through safe mode onto disk and reformat
 
You might be having a hardware problem. This happened to my dads computer and i had to replace the video card it could also be the ram or any other pci or usb device. But before you start ripping parts out of your computer i wold do what suprasteve sided
