Boot-up issue

I have an HP (I've already tried HP instant support, hasn't ever really helped me) desktop computer, and instead of the blue HP boot-up screen, it says "CPU fan fail, service immediately." I don't have a CPU fan, and the case fan is running just fine. This happened after removing my CD-burner and making my DVD-burner the primary. Please if anyone can add any logic to this, it would really help. I have to hit F2, or the computer shuts itself off after 5 seconds.

Well, open the case and make sure you did not accidentally unplug the fan. Since you were in there.

fixed

Turns out HP instant support can be pretty good, the first guy I talked to seemd to be in a big hurry. Turns out the problem was in BIOS - apparently F11 gives you a more advanced BIOS with HP machines.
