Boot Up Problem

I went to reset my BIOS and when i rebooted my computer, i set everything back to normal (that's what i thought.) but now every time i turn on my computer, i get a screen that says Press F1 to continue and DEL to enter BIOS. How do i make this stop?

I would try reseting the bios again by taking out your motherboard battery for 30 seconds (making sure to ground yourself). That fixes the problem when it happens to me.
