Bootable Diagnostic Software

Any recommendations for bootable, open source (free) diagnostic software that tests all of the hardware and reports the machine's hardware?

A few years ago I saw a product that was similar to Belarc but bootable and I can't remember it's name or find anything similar.

You could give Ultimate Boot CD a try. It's a bootable ISO.

PC-Check idk if its free

But just so you know, there isnt really any miracle software that can diagnose a computer. PC Check is cool, but its not perfect, there is still work involved. If there was such software, there would be no need for PC techs like myself and it definitely wouldnt be free

PC-Check may have been what I saw. I was selling a stack of old computers, which I regret now and the buyer was able to run an automated basic hardware test and generate a hardware report in about 5 minutes before he bought.
