Bootable windows 7 ISO image

I backed up my windows 7 ultimate dvd in the form of an iso image on my external hard drive in case I lost the disc. sure enough, I lost it. My problem now is how to make a bootable dvd with the iso image. I use Magic iso. do I need a special "boot image" or can I just load the iso into Magic ISO and burn it to a dvd? will that be bootable? thanks

Yes. An ISO is an image file. Since the Windows 7 DVD is bootable, it's image is bootable, and therefore choosing "Write Disc from ISO Image" in MagicISO will create a bootable disc.

Yup it will be bootable

AS long as you backed it up correctly it should work just fine

If not try PowerISO instead
