"BootCamp" for PC

On Mac when you turn on the computer and hold Alt you can choose which OS to boot into, is there something like this out for PC?

I want to have WinXP on one HDD and WinVista Beta on another and be able to boot from one-another without changing bios settings every time.

why not just use the default OS picker? hit F8.
Though ive seen that in my early Beta release of Vista that there is a boot manager in it.
