How do I create a boot disk for Windows Xp Pro? Can I use the download of Sp2 for a boot disk because my Windows Xp os genuine?

http://www.bootdisk.com has boot disk images for just about every OS. That's the place to go download files needed to create boot floppies for XP Pro as well as cd iso images. They also have tutorials there too. For troubleshooting the current installation as well as tweaking it a bit? The two links here are great to look over.
