I have no idea why this is happening. Our power went out after a thunderstorm and when I restarted my cpu it would not take me to the log in screen. When I turn on my cpu it keeps restarting itself without going to the log in screen. What caused this and how do I fix it? My friend told me that if I reinstalled Windows Xp this would fix my problem but I lost my windows xp cd. Would that actually work? any other solutions?
