BootMGR is missing..

Well, according to this guide:

http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/wind...ing-error-while-trying-to-boot-windows-vista/

I can do a Startup Repair, but when I get to the screen to choose my OS, nothing is there.

I've also tried to the CMD alternative:
bootrec /fixboot

That apparently made me not be able to boot from my CD drive. Now, when I try to boot from the drive, I get the same error:
BootMGR is missing

Is there a way to fix this? :S

In the "CMD alternative" try another command like "fixmbr" without the quotes
and hit enter, and that means "fix master boot record"..
After that in the same "CMD window" put the next command:
"chkdsk/f" without the quotes and hit enter
After all done (take the windows CD out and reboot the PC and start normally the windows.
Hope that helps
