Bootmgr missing and cant boot from CD

Hello,

I was updating my BIOS (Gigabyte mobo) and I guess my master boot record got corrupted dont know why, no interruption during the update. Well BIOS says now

Bootmgr is missing
If I try to boot from CD I cant because my keyboard does not seem to work at that time so it always gets over the booting period to press any key and it gets stuck at that bootmgr stuff.

What can I do about it?
 
I got it... Apparently the BIOS update changed my boot priority so it was trying to boot from my NON-SYSTEM drive that was the problem
 
Yep. When you update the bios it changes all the settings back to default. So you would have to go back and change any settings that you did before, like say for instance if you were overclocking, you would have to change all those settings again.
