Bootvis!?

I have used microsoft bootvis every other month for a year. Well today (being the first day of summer) I thought it would be a good idea to run a trace and speed up my boot. Well I clicked New>trace + driver delay (or whatever its called) and my pc shutdown and restarted all perfectly. Then bootvis comes up with this error.





How odd I say, and decide to do a normal trace. Same error. I try and open an old trace and it works perfectly. I download and reinstall bootvis again. Same error. So Im out of ideas.

What could the problem be? How do I fix it so I can run bootvis again?

what anti-virus, spyware etc. programs do you got? scan and see if they find any kind of virus or anything.

Seems like it just can't detect your IDE drives, or w/e connection you use. Try re-installing your IDE/controller drivers and see if that fixes it. I went from 42 seconds to 28 seconds with bootvis on my laptop
