would my gpu bottleneckin my system?

I Oc'ed my CPU to 3.2 and my gpu is OC'ed as well [see spec below]

reason I ask is I sometimes get freezing points while playin prototype, gets to the point where it takes awhile to unfreeze, a good min or so

what ya think? or has anyone experience something like this beofre?

thanks in advance

Hmm, have you tried reinstalling gpu drives and whatnot? Could be corrupt gamefiles or something, have you tried reinstalling the game?

its a fresh install of a game, it didnt fix anything, and yesh i did all the above. mayb be bottleneckin it a bit, i need to upgrade my gpu anyways, jus that the gpu was the last item i bought when i built my comp and didnt have enuff to spend on a 285, so should upgrade it in the nex 2 weeks.

The gpu shouldnt be causing "random freezing", did you set your correct memory timings/voltages in bios?

Another thing might just be the game? Taking a wild shot in the dark here but I've heard that prototype could've used some more dev time. Not even considering its a console port to begin with. Your system should be more than capable to run that game at whatever your heart desires. Does this happen with other games too?
