bottlenecking a 8800GTS

alright guys just wanted to get your thoughts. I want to purchase a 8800GTS in the next month and wanted to know if you guys think my setup will bottleneck the GPU.

My setup is a
ASUS Crosshair AM2 Motherboard
AMD Athlon 64 X2 4200+ 65W AM2 2.2GHZ processor
2GB Corsair XMS2 PC6400 800MHZ ram
Antec TruePower Trio 650W
Seagate 160GB SATA2 3GB/S

No overclocking as of yet.

Just curious if you think my setup will bottleneck the GPU, I'm also going to upgrade to the AM2 5200+ as prices on that are extremly affordable and with 1MBx2 L2 cache I'm sure it would add nicely.

The CPU seems like it would be the biggest bottleneck, but it wont bottleneck it much with todays games.

And for the time being, there arent any consumer processors out that would be worth spending the money on, even the Core 2 Duo. They are good processors, but it wouldnt be worth buying a new motherboard and CPU when theres not that big of a difference.
