Bought a 16GB kit put it in BEEP! [SOLVED]

Hi guys! Need you help fast!!

I bought a 16 gb kit

Kingston HyperX Savage 16GB DDR3 1600MHz Kit

and if i put in a Acer Aspire TC-710 (my pc) and turn it on it beeps!

are they in channel 1&3 or 2&4?

double check they are seated properly?

what motherboard?

any other ram chips installed?

There are 2 Slots for Ram

Slot 1: Does not beep

Slot 2: Beeps

I don't know which motherboard

and no only 1 8gb ram is installed by factory

So no matter which of the new chips you install into Slot 2, it beeps and PC wont post?

But either are good in Slot 1?

Did you buy DDR3L ram?

If it came with DDR3L, and given that it is a store bought machine with a max of 16GB, it may not like the higher voltage

My ram is in slot 1

But if i put the new one in slot 1 it beeps

Yeah, thats what it seemed like? I assume you need DDR3L kit?
