WIndows 10 Bought new rtx 3060 and stil low fps

Hello
I recently bought my new rtx 3060 and my games still run on low fps fx(fortnite runs on 100 to 120 on low and league of legends run on like 150 fps on medium) and its a bit better than my last graphic card that was geforce gtx 1660. I am not the best at computers and i dont know what should i do to get more fps in games or better i dont know waht should i upgrade next to get better feeling in games.

Corsair CX650M, 650W
samsung evo 860 500gb

Did you do a fresh install of the nvidia geforce drivers?

I normally recommend running DDU to wipe any old drivers before installing them again for the new GPU.

Make sure it is installed in the slot that is closest to the CPU, that should be the silvery one
Also where did you purchase this from, ebay amazon newegg etc?

Your computer seems plenty capable. I would suggest making sure that your ram is in the slot closest to the CPU. Also make sure to download nvida software, and get all of your drivers up to date. I would also check task manager and see if there is anything using up your computer's resources in the background that you didn't know about. That is all I have, good luck!
