Bracket for my new CPU

I just got a CPU thanks to voyagerfan, but I don't see a way to connect it to my new MoBo that will come next week.

The CPU is a AMD X2 555. Here's pics of the heatsink:

Would that fit on there? Or would I need to buy some kind of bracket, or even a new heatsink/fan? Thanks.
 
There should be little knobs that stick out on the top and bottom black plastic pieces that those arms latch onto.

I couldn't tell very well from the picture, and I wasn't sure what the heatsink looked like. Sorry for any confusion :)

P.S. You should always try something to see if it works (Unless it is blatantly obvious that it won't)

Yeah, but I wanted to make sure so I didn't have to wait some more for a heatsink/fan or bracket after my parts get here.
