brand better than dell?

don't waste your money on a microsoft based pile of poo, buy yourself an apple laptop. they are beautifully crafted, excellent battery performance and look so much better than any pc laptop on the market. in addition, it won't crash every 30minutes and tell you it wants to send an error report to "help improve m$"

Have had my laptop...7-8 months now? Not a single crash yet. I think it looks great, and it didn't cost me thousands. (Good luck finding an Apple powerbook for "cheap") Battery has never died on me either, but it's usually plugged in so that is never a problem. You'll find alot of Apple's customers are driven purely by looks and the ideaology(sp?) "i'm too lazy to protect my computer and take care of it, i'll get one that does everything for me". Personally, I like what I'm familiar with and because I'm familiar with it I can be very effective with it.

Just my opinion.

With my interactions with Dell products, i found that they suck... plain out... The first computer my parents bought for their store was this "New" Dell... when it arrived the mother board was fried, and the hard-drive had weird files on it... My parents didn't learn, they bought another one, and got it 3 months late(the Dell Cash register)... when they got it, it was the wrong one they ordered, they ended up paying $3000 for one that was $2000... and Dell wouldn't refund the money... They tried to get it to work, and the printer for recepts was messed up, the Scanner wouldn't work, and the cash register program wouldn't work... ONE YEAR LATER it finally started to work... Dell finally admitted that it was an internal problem, adn fixed the computer... We still didnt get back the $1000, but the shitty computer which messes up constantly works!

I love my HP... I had a problem with my Processor(Broke during shipping) called them up, and they fixed it for free, i was with-out a comp for about 2 weeks, AND their customer service is amazing... I Highly Reccomend HP products...

I personally don't trust anything that comes out of Dell... Im not tryin to stirr anythign up... Just my opinion...
