Alrighty! So, I have a bit of a technical issue for the brain-grinders here!
In the office, we run Outlook 2010 on all of the PC's and laptops aswell as Symantec Enterprise in conjuction as an archiving system for all email traffic on the network. Due to the large amount of emails we recieve on a daily basis, our inboxes are constantly tipping about 100+ emails per person, all on the same network. Because of this, our outlook search function is not working correctly in the way that it will not search for anything at all, and instead it will hang on screen a few seconds before crashing disgracefully on the computer used - whilst crashing outlook on every other computer in the network.
The big issue is that, due to the nature of our workplace, some of the employees require the search function for their Jobs, but we have yet to find a solution that will resolve the issue. Any ideas on what our options could be?
