With it took one of the pieces of the plug with it. I took a video of the damage but since I don't have my desktop to upload it and I've tried uploading it on several sites with my phone failing ill will need to email the vide

Holy resolution batman!

In any case, it looks like just the edge of the plug broke off. As long as the pins aren't damaged you'll be fine.

I'm pretty sure atleaat one of the pins are damaged. I can't get it to fit back in. Only half the side goes in. The other half is stuck and wort go down....dont wanna force it down either

The end pins do look a bit damaged. Just try putting that end in first and kind of bend them back to where they should go as you place the cable in the connector.

FDD is floppy disc drive. Your still using floppy discs? If not that connection is useless anyway and probably wont even hurt the resale value of the computer in the future since floppy discs disappeared a while ago.

He's talking about the IDE port above the FDD port. The left hand side of the IDE port is missing the plastic piece. Won't cause any issues, just bend that pin back a little and plug in the IDE cable.
