Broken hinge on Gateway laptop

The hinge on my Gateway (Model: MP6954) is broken. I tried to glue it back using a strong adhesive, but that didn't work. I can't weld it back on because that would cause too much collateral damage. Do you guys know of any way to fix this (could I somehow solder it back on, or is there some other compound I could use to fix it)? Thanks.

Hmm, not much to work with... Does the screw go through where it broke?

Have you tried epoxy? You would have to fill it up so there is a chance you will not be able to ope it up (if you ever need to). Another thing you can do if the bolt goes through is to find a bolt that will fit the thread and drill through the case and put some o-rings there too. It would not be pretty or sit evenly but it would hold it

Thanks for the reply. No screw goes through where it breaks. I will try epoxy, I found something that may work - arctic silver thermal adhesive. I will try this first. I want it to look pretty :D
