Is there any way that we could fix this problem ourselves instead of paying money for someone else to do it?
This is what happened: The problems started by the laptop starting to freeze once it needed to load something. It would freeze every time he logged onto his computer. After a while it started to get a little better, but then a blue screen popped up which started some count-down and it said it was dumping files. He downloaded an anti virus program and it said he had 5 viruses. The blue screen showed up several times since then. Now when you turn it on it looks as if it's about to load the login screen but instead it shows a black screen with a blinking underscore lol i forget the word for it.
Any way to solve this??
