Hey everyone, I just reformatted my laptop and i'm having a problem with both mozilla firefox 1.5 and IE(both 6 and 7). Ive been trying to figure it out for lmot two days and its really frustrating me. I'm not sure what the exact problem is, but i cant see any of the layout formatting. I dont know if its a Java problem. For example, when i load ebay.com, none of the pictures on the front page show up with firefox, and there is pretty much text only. When opening the same page with IE 7, i see the graphics, and most of the formatting, but the layout is a little awkward. I hope somone knows what im talking about. Thanks.

Could be a problem with Java try downloading it here http://www.java.com/en/
Also do you have anykind of add blocking software running?
Also try scanning for any missing or corrupt windows files goto start> run and copy and paste this in there sfc /scannow it might ask for your windows cd.

Did you try to download java again? I gave you the link.

If your pages look like this instead of this,
then the problem is that your CSS is turned off. If this is the case, I have know idea how to fix it besides uninstalling/reinstalling the browsers since the only way I know of turning CSS off is by the website having an actually link or using the web developer toolbar in Firefox.
