browser problem - between firefox and chrome

i see that direct download with browser chrome does not show whether the file downloaded is complete or not, and it doesn't have PART file during download, while Firefox has PART file during download. Does it imply that Firefox can ensure the file downloaded is complete and flawless? Because I always worry that Chrome would sometimes stop at 99.99% and it doesn't tell me.

On Firefox you can turn that feature on or off. Maybe Chrome also has a on off button. Look through it's options. I don't have Chrome running on anything to check myself.

sorry, i don't mean anything to turn off this feature. but i want to know if this feature (showing PART) will let the user know whether the file is FLAWLESSLY complete or not. (you know it is possible to stop at 99.99% but chrome or the browser does not tell, and we may think it is complete but in fact it may have something loss.........)
