I'm at a loss. Can you give me an uninstall list from hijackthis.

Open hijackthis and click on open misc tools section, click on open uninstall manager, click on save list and copy and paste that list back here.

Can you access your hosts file and see what is in it. I'm wondering if its infected. Do this.

Go to C:\windows\system32\drivers\etc and open the file labeled hosts with notepad and copy and paste the info that is in there back here.

OK here it is but everything looks normal

# Copyright (c) 1993-2009 Microsoft Corp.
#
# This is a sample HOSTS file used by Microsoft TCP/IP for Windows.
#
# This file contains the mappings of IP addresses to host names. Each
# entry should be kept on an individual line. The IP address should
# be placed in the first column followed by the corresponding host name.
# The IP address and the host name should be separated by at least one
# space.
#
# Additionally, comments (such as these) may be inserted on individual
# lines or following the machine name denoted by a '#' symbol.
#
# For example:
#
# 102.54.94.97 rhino.acme.com # source server
# 38.25.63.10 x.acme.com # x client host

# localhost name resolution is handled within DNS itself.
# 127.0.0.1 localhost
# ::1 localhost

I'm sorry, must have overlooked your post. You are right, the hosts file is fine. I honestly don't know what else to check. What page do you get redirected to?

Try to create a new account in the system and logon to that one and see if its still rederecting the browser..
If not them move all your stuff from the screwed acount to the new one and delete the old one..
Hope that help

I tried my best to find out what was redirecting you and couldn't. There have been quite a few people being redirected to that site.
