Browsers stop working after Videos

hey guys my computer has been acting up, when i watch youtube videos or any other videos at the end of them the browser im using stops working and mostly everything that uses internet (TS, SS, Firefox, IE, and many others) its not like it doesnt work like it has no internet its like "Not Responding" any help would be greatful.

Since YouTube videos operate off of Flash, try unistalling and reinstalling the Flash Player and see if this helps. If flash player recentely updated itself try downgrading to an earlier version.

Yeah but i don't use flash for videos since the updater takes up 50% of my cpu which is total bull crap. And how would that effect with all the other programs that use internet?
