BSOD again

Hi, here's Technical Information:

stop 0x00000001 ( 0x0000000c, 0x00000002, 0x00000000, 0xAE74AA38)
Portcls.sys- Address AE 74aa38 base at AE749000, Date stamp 48025ccc .


This BSOD always comes up even when I just click any internet website, even it freeze. I have to restart the computer. I did run all the antivirus( One Care, Malwarebytes, Glary utilities, 10bit security 360 ).

I did checked Device Manager it shows:

?(Yellow) Other Devices
? (Yellow) MultiMedia Video
?(Yellow) Pci Simple Communication controller
?(Yellow) USB Device

I do have a driver and Utilities then rt. clicked those in yellow question mark and run re-install and pointed it to my CD driver and Utilities but can't find any drivers ? My Computer is Dell Dimension 5150 I last time went to DELL website and download the Driver I thought I did install all the driver but checked the device Manager Yellow marked on above hardware , where can I get those driver ? Any help is very appreciated thanks again. Kinda frustrated about this BSOD everyday I have 4 to 5 times, looks the same technical information that I posted above.
 
Sounds like you're running Vista, am I correct? Windows 7 is coming out soon - And if you buy it I'm pretty sure you'll never see a BSOD again.

I find this hilarious. Blue Screen to you automatically means Vista? Ignorant.

And to say if the OP uses Windows 7, they'll never get a BSOD is ignorant also.

What if it's a hardware issue? :rolleyes:
