BSOD Error Code 3x3b

Hey everyone!

I've been getting the bsod error code 2x3b lately..
I can sometimes use my pc for 1 - 2 days without getting the error. I've tried the hotfix for windows 7 but it said that the hotfix didn't work for my computer. What can i do? Tried a lot of things now.. Even memorytest said that everything was allright + i've been playing a lot of heavy games without getting bluescreen for hours.

Don't know if my specs is up to date so ill add it here.
Mobo: MSI Z97 MPower
GPU: Gigabyte GTX 770 2GB Windforce
CPU: Intel Core i7-4770k 4.0GHz
CPU COOLER: Corsair H100i Watercooling
RAM: Kingston 2x8GB HyperX Beast 2400MHz
HDD: 1TB Seagate
SSD: Samsung 840 EVO 120GB
SSD2: Kingston v300 120GB
PSU: XFX Pro Core Edition 750W
 
Do the following.

Download BlueScreenView
No installation required.
Unzip downloaded file and double click on BlueScreenView.exe file to run the program.
When scanning is done, go Edit>Select All.
Go File>Save Selected Items, and save the report as BSOD.txt.
Open BSOD.txt in Notepad, copy all content, and paste it into your next reply.

I've had RAM be bad in the past but it would pass with Memtest. I'd try installing some known good RAM and see if you get any BSOD's. If you don't, then you know your RAM is bad.

Ok, let me know if blue screens persist. Go ahead and update your video driver though if you aren't running the latest version.
