did this Error occur on SP1. Not sure but sp2 has some issues in vista. If possible take out sp2 and see if you get the error still doing what you normally do when the error happens.

Blue Screens have specific descriptions at the top of them which identifies the exact issue. Without that, it's hard to know what the problem is.

Also, I've run SP2 since it released and never had an issue.
