BSOD is RAM related?

hey guys!
Today I got about 4 or 5 BSOD's, all when I tried to switch to another program that was already open. I checked C:>Windows>Minidump but the folder is empty. Is there some way that I can check what error I'm getting? most of the time it just gives me a bunch of numbers that I can't make head nor tail of.

Download BlueScreenView
No installation required.
Unzip downloaded file and double click on BlueScreenView.exe file to run the program.
When scanning is done, go Edit>Select All.
Go File>Save Selected Items, and save the report as BSOD.txt.
Open BSOD.txt in Notepad, copy all content, and paste it into your next reply.
