Apologize for vagueness, but I don't want any personal info about my work coming out.
Almost every computer in one particular lab are bluescreening, along with two other computers on campus that are the same model. It happens when we wake them up from sleep.
The error code is 0x000000F4 and the component it was caused by is ntkrnlpa.exe
We have specific series of computers, so we have ComputerBrand™ 700, 710, 720, and 730. We have very few 700s since they are older, but these are the computers that is it affecting.
So our initial thoughts are some new updates was pushed that is causing these specific computers to bluescreen when waking from sleep.
I can PM some people the logs, but don't want to post them here.
We can easily reimage the computers, but before doing that, we don't want it to just reappear because of some update.
Let me know what you think and what other steps you can think to take.
