BSOD windows 11

So I was gaming yesterday and I got a Blue screen of death. Trying to reboot multiple times and trying safemode leads back to the BSOD. I have tried a windows boot usb to repair the damage thinking it's system files however even when booting into the USB windows install I get the BSOD. The error is Ntfs.sys.
Thinking it must be a hardware issue. Anyone have any clue on where to start?

Pulled the M.2 drive to see if that was the issue however I still get the BSOD when loading into the windows install with the same error

through process of elimination I found my issue, one of my sata drives was causing the fault, unplugging it has allowed my PC to start. is it possible to still recover the data from this drive or would plugging it into a usb dock just cause the same BSOD?
