BSOD with Win 10

I've been running Win 10 for about 6 months without any issues until lately. Now I periodically get the infamous BSOD, with a message that it is collecting data to send to Microsoft. One time after waiting a couple of hours I had to manually reboot the computer. Here are a couple of error messages:
kmode_exception_not_handled (ntfs.sys); system_service_exception. Questions I have, is this something that is being caused by Win 10? Should I wait until it does collect all of the data and send to Microsoft? If not, what is the damage if I just reboot when the BSOD appears? Thanks

I used the BluescreenView utility and here is what I found. Anyone have any ideas as to what to do next?

OK, I think I found the files. They are located in the Windows/Minidump folder, I think. But I can't do anything with them because it is saying I don't have permission, that I need to get the Administrator. It's my computer and I loaded all of the software. I don't get it. Can anyone help?

Copy and paste those files onto your desktop and then right click on both files and click on send to compressed folder.

Getting possible memory failiure. I would run memtest and see if any errors come up.

I don't trust the windows memory program. Probably should run memtest. Any new hardware added lately or installed any new software?

Replaced the hd in October of last year ((Samsung SSD 850 EVO). Haven't had any issues. That's the only change. I've heard that sometimes Avast can cause problems, have you heard that?

Not giving bluescreens anyway. When upgrading it can stop the start menu from opening or problems with the taskbar which I dealt with last night on a clients pc.

No, default memtest will only run thorugh 1 pass and if errors are found then they will show up on the bottom of the page. If no errors are found then you'll see nothing.

example of memtest errors.

Should tell you at the bottom. Been a while since i've had to run it. Something like 1 pass completed with no errors or something like that.

Maybe check to see if you have updated drivers. Any old software installed that may need updated?

I know how to get to the drivers, but is there something in Windows that will just highlight those drivers that are out of date? Oh, and one other thing, I know that the there is an update to my BIOS, but have been hesitant to try it.

Go into device manager and check driver dates. What board do you have and what bios version are you running? What are you usually doing when it bluescreens?
