I just got my first one in 3 months today after installing new nvidia drivers for my 8800GT. However I'm not sure if it was the driver that caused it or if it was my ram. I changed the timing of my ram today to 4-4-4-11 (4Gb 2dimm G.skill 1000mhz (@ 800mhz) 5-5-5-15) I had been running it for about 2 months at 4-4-4-12 timing w/o any problems at all so basically I don't know what happened.

could be a voltage problem with the ram. seems like some sort of power issue like a voltage fluctuation, not enough power to the hdd.
