OK I'm still getting the bsod. The last one I got said to run a diag on the memory and video adapter(s). I've been running mem test for 81 hours no problems, so I'm convinced its not the ram. How can I test my video cards? I really am trying to avoid doing a format and fresh install.

Put them in another machine that will handle them, and see if it blue screens. Run the problem computer off onboard graphics and see if it blue screens. Also, check the temps of the CPU and the GPU - are they normal? Also, the BSOD error code will reveal more information about what went wrong - maybe.
