Bubble-Jet or Color Laser Printer

Greetings,

Just what are the practical criteria ... the pros and cons if you will ... of getting a bubble-jet vs a color laser printer?

Laser is almost always cheaper in the long run when you calculate cost per page because they have a much higher yield but color laserjets are more expensive to buy the machines themselves especially if you need a multifunction machine. For business graphics and text lasers typically have better quality and are faster but for photos an inkjet would be best. What's better for you depends on your specific needs and budget.

I have one of each, an hp color laserjet 3600 which I love but it doesn't have a copier so I still use my photosmart for that and for my photos.
