Budget Build for my son

He is always on my computer. Uses are Surfing, itunes, downloading music. This seems to be fairly upgradeable. I am using 1 g of ram in a single stick to upgrade later. Let me know if any compatability issues.

For the Ram(in sig), Would it be better to upgrade my Ram to 800/PC 6400 and let him have my Ram?

would 2 sticks of 667 be faster than 1 g of 800?
 
I would gues the US by the look of NewEgg Nevakanoza;)

But he's right, the Core 2 Duo's are very good for the money and they are very efficient.
