Budget CPU for gaming

I'm looking for a cheap CPU that I can use for gaming. Ill be playing games like TF2, and COD4. I hope to play these on near if not max settings but I just dont want to spend too much on a CPU . What do you guys think about this one?

Looks pretty reliable and cheap, I'm going to pair it up with a 9600gt 512mb video card since they are also relatively cheap. I'm looking for a budget PC of <$500 excluding S+H, I know it will be close but I think I can do it with some help. I appreciate any suggestions.

personally i would go with the intel e2160

its fast enough, and can be overclocked heaps, but that isnt necessary.
