Budget gaming PC for nephews

I've been through this a lot, and I'm just deciding if I want to sacrifice more performance for a less hefty price tag or just get them something that will last them. The budget they gave me was $800.

This build has the pricier EVGA GTX 970 FTW+ video card.

This build is with the more budget oriented PowerColor R9 380 4GB PCS+.

So I'm just wondering if anyone can give me some advice, or maybe offer better options for either build?
They're more than likely only going to be playing in 1080P for a lengthy while, and they might be playing games that do need higher end graphic power. GTA V mainly I'd believe.

The build with R9 380 4GB PCS+ is a build that i will recommend. This build have a SDD+2GB HDD. As you are going to play GTA V. This build will run the Games very easily.

A better all-rounder for $820 or so (might get more expensive when the case offer ends, when it does end look at the NZXT H440 too!)

Yes, I know the graphics card is weaker but this build uses the latest Intel CPUs and a good Z170 motherboard. The graphics card will perform well and is easier to upgrade in the future than the CPU, board and RAM.
