Budget GPU and Monitor

Hello all,

I'm looking for a budget GPU and monitor for my first build (An i5-2500K)

I'm looking to spend no more than $200 on the GPU (150 ish would be more ideal)

I'm looking to spend no more than $200 on the display. Would like a 22-24 inch display with good quality if possible.
